Messaging Consent

Message Types & Frequency

Messages may include alerts, reminders, promotions, updates, appointment confirmations, and other relevant communications. Frequency will vary based on your interaction with our Service.

Usage-Based Charges

In addition to subscription fees, usage charges may apply for SMS/MMS messaging, phone numbers, and call minutes. Rates are subject to change and will be displayed in your account or billing portal. A wallet or auto-top-up system may be used to fund usage charges.

Subscriptions, Billing & Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance of the service period.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • Payment is collected via secure third-party processor (e.g., Stripe).

No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, including subscription fees and usage charges.

Chargebacks

By using our Service, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount and any associated fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Prepaid amounts are not refunded. Access to the Service ends once the billing term expires.

Delivery Of Services

Services are considered delivered when:

  • A website, communication setup, or automation system has been completed and made accessible to the client; or

  • Account credentials and platform access have been provisioned.

Onboarding support may be provided but is not required for fulfillment.

Service Availability & Delivery

The Company does not guarantee that SMS or voice messages will be delivered without delays or failures. Delivery can be affected by carrier networks, device compatibility, or other factors outside our control.

User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree:

  • To comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including privacy and communications laws).

  • Not to use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.

Free Trials & Promotions

Promotions or free trials may be offered at our discretion. During trials, limited setup may be provided. Full services are rendered once billing begins. Discounts or promotions do not change the other terms of this agreement.

Payment Failures & Suspension

If payment fails, multiple attempts may be made over several days. Accounts unpaid beyond this period may be suspended until balances are resolved.

Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
